  7.                      REGISTRATION/ORDERING INFORMATION

  11.      A SIO/VSIO/VX00 registration licenses you to use the product on a
  12.      regular basis.  Individual users need register only one copy of
  13.      SIO/VSIO/VX00 for personal use;  registration includes licensed
  14.      use of all upgrades to the major version number registered.  When
  15.      the major version number changes, say from 1.55 to 2.00, you must
  16.      re-register (pay up again).  Upgrades are NOT automatically sent
  17.      to registered users.  See LICENSE.TXT for additional information.

  19.      The registration fee covers only the use of the program.
  20.  
  21.      Please use the registration form (below) to send in your
  22.      registration fee.

  26.                       Corporate and Quantity Purchases
  27.  
  28.      All corporate, business, government or other commercial users of
  29.      SIO/VSIO/VX00 must be registered.  We offer quantity discounts
  30.      starting at the eleventh copy.  Corporate or site licensing is
  31.      also available.

  33.      Licensing agreements allow duplication and distribution of
  34.      specific numbers of copies within the licensed institution. 
  35.      Duplication of multiple copies is not allowed except through
  36.      execution of a licensing agreement.

  38.      The quantity discounts are as follows:

  40.           00 - 10 copies:     no discount 
  41.           11 - 25 copies:     15% discount 
  42.           26 - 50 copies:     20% discount 
  43.           51 - 100 copies:    25% discount 
  44.           101+ copies:        30% discount

  46.      ALL PRICES AND DISCOUNTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. 
  47.      Discounts are not cumulative; they apply to single orders of like
  48.      products only. Unit prices are the same as for individual users.
